Maar juist ook de balans tussen denken, voelen, emoties en ademen. Een innerlijke wijsheid. In oude culturen zoals die van Tao en Ayurveda noemen ze dit bijvoorbeeld Qi of Prana; vitale innerlijke energie. Vrije doorstroming van Qi vraag om balans. Balans tussen denken en voelen, binnenwereld en buitenwereld, woorden en daden, actie en ontspanning, waken en slapen, etc. Wanneer onze balans chronische verstoord wordt blokkeren we onbewust en ontstaan en chronische patronen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3444a7cfa337d6ca2a9b3aab32128d75\">Uiteindelijk zijn we allemaal uniek en is onze individuele balans constitutie dat ook. DNA, karma, bv trauma\u2019s, en zullen we moeten roeien met de riemen die we hebben. Ik bedoel, een zeilboot zal nooit een sloep worden. Maar je hoeft geen superjacht te hebben om van varen te kunnen genieten.
