Holos staat voor heelheid, \u2018de hele mens\u2019; eenheid tussen lichaam, geest en ziel. Het samenspel tussen spieren, pezen en gewrichten, bindweefsel, fascia, organen, zenuwstelsel en celletjes. Maar juist ook de balans tussen denken, voelen, emoties en ademen. Ik studeerde af in traditionele Chinese massage aan de Academie voor Chi-therapie en raakte zowel als therapeut en binnen een wellness-omgeving werkzaam. Via mijn werk en passie raakte ik meer en meer gefascineerd door de diversiteit aan massageconcepten.
