Jarina Mahina<\/strong>: al heel vroeg in mijn leven werd ik aangetrokken tot de magische energetische werking van stenen en kristallen, op mijn 16e ben ik gaan verdiepen in chakra en aura healing, wat mooi aansluit in de verbintenis met kristaltherapie. Jaren later werd ik uitgenodigd om mee te doen met een cursus Reiki I , op dat moment wist ik niets van Reiki maar tijdens deze cursus kreeg ik het gevoel \u2018dit is het!\u2019 Dit is waar ik al die tijd naar op zoek ben geweest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inmiddels ben ik alweer sinds 2014 Reiki Master en geef ik met veel plezier behandelingen en cursussen, deze bijzondere levensenergie: Reiki, volgens het Usui system of natural healing. In het Usui Systeem van Reiki Healing of Usui Shiki Ryoho, gebruikt men deze eeuwenoude energie methode door zachte aanraking ten behoeve van healing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2013 heb ik de opleiding Natuur-voedingsdeskundige gedaan. Door middel van coaching wil ik graag mensen hiermee inspireren om gezonder te eten en een balans te vinden in hun eetpatroon. Inmiddels heb ik doorgeleerd tot chef kok en combineer mijn passie voor lekker gezond eten met mijn baan als catering manager en voedingscoach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ik heb Natural Healings opgericht in 2015, in dat jaar leerde ik Freddy kennen met zijn magische helende klanken, gongs en Tibetaanse schalen, intuitief heb ik ook deze instrumenten leren bespelen. Met inmiddels jaren ervaring in het spelen met deze instrumenten van het universium kan ik mij oprecht een sound healer noemen. Samen geven wij healing sound journeys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ik heb een bijscholing tot holistisch healer en voetreflex therapie gevolgd in 2021 en In 2022 ben ik gestart met de Master Reader cursus (Tibetaans Lichtwerk) bij de Lichtwerk Academie, hier leer ik te werken samen met de (aarts)engelen, gidsen, en de lichtmeesters om o.a. mijn hoog gevoelige natuur beter tot uitdrukking te laten komen. Waardoor ik nog meer in mijn eigen kracht en licht kom te staan en mijn cli\u00ebnten nog beter kan begeleiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ook heb ik in 2023 de opleiding tot life coach bij het civas gevolgd en deze succesvol afgerond. Eind 2023 ingewijd tot Sahumadora;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De Sahumador (Copalera kelk) is een instrument uit Zuid-Amerika afkomstig van de inheemse volkeren en is een ritueel dat alleen door ingewijde vrouwen mag worden uitgevoerd. De laatste jaren zijn er in Europa (Nederland) ook steeds meer mooie en krachtige medicijnvrouwen die zijn ingewijd in deze traditie. In de kelk worden er volgens een bepaald ritueel kruiden gebrand. Deze kruiden hebben elk hun eigen Spirit, energie en eigenschappen. De heilige rook die vrijkomt bij het branden van de kruiden wordt toegepast om te reinigen, te helen en blessings te geven. De kelk symboliseert de baarmoeder van de Sahumadora. Dit is onze pure krachtbron van waaruit we bewust verbinden en het ritueel uitvoeren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En tot slot heb ik in Januari 2024 mijn certificaat gehaald als Ceremoni\u00eble Cacao Facilitator. Hiermee begeleidt ik groepen waarin we samen in ceremonie cacao drinken in een scared space, mediteren, zingen en dansen in verbinding met elkaar, onze hart openen met de spirit of cacao en Pachamama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
