Over wie of wat je werkelijk bent; je zuivere staat van zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Een weekend-retreat voor iedereen die het pad van bewustwording bewandelt, ieder op zijn of haar unieke wijze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Met Osho\u2019s Boek der Geheimen als leidraad, gaan we via verschillende meditatie-technieken steeds opnieuw naar de zelfde plek: je ware Zelf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Geen omwegen, maar directe ervaring. Je zult verrast zijn hoe eenvoudig het eigenlijk is om jezelf te ervaren als pure vrede, pure liefde, puur bewustzijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osho over het Boek der Geheimen: \u201cZe zijn compleet zoals ze zijn \u2013 honderd twaalf technieken. Ze bevatten alle mogelijkheden die er zijn om de mind te zuiveren, om de mind te overstijgen. Aan Shiva\u2019s honderd twaalf technieken kan er niet \u00e9\u00e9n worden toegevoegd. En dan te bedenken dat dit boek Vigyana Bhairava Tantra, vijfduizend jaar oud is! Deze honderd twaalf meditatietechnieken vormen de complete wetenschap voor de transformatie van de mind.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-blush-light-purple-gradient-background has-background\"><strong>Over het programma:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In individuele- en groepssessies ontdek je welke techniek uit het Boek der Geheimen voor jou het best werkt, om je Zelf te ervaren. Ook onderzoek- en ontdek je hoe je om kunt gaan met uitdagingen en obstakels op het padloze pad. Denk aan onderwerpen als \u201cHoe blijf ik in deze staat van bewustzijn, want ik lijk er steeds weer uit te vallen?\u201d of \u201cHoe leef ik dit in de gewone wereld?\u201d Want dat laatste is natuurlijk waar het uiteindelijk om gaat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Op vrijdag- en zaterdag avond maken we een innerlijke droomreis, een Inner Dreaming Sound Journey. De Sound Journey brengt de woordentaal van je hoofd en de beeldentaal van je ziel bij elkaar. Via bewuste afstemming tot ons onder- en bovenbewuste nodigen we onze droomwereld uit om zich in alle helderheid te uiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-blush-light-purple-gradient-background has-background\"><strong>Over het begeleidende team:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mizza begeleid de meditatieve individuele- en groepssessies. Mizza woont en werkt in Wajid, waar hij workshops, retreats en festivals organiseert. Hij laat zich daarbij inspireren door Osho, Sri Nissargadatta Maharaj, Mooji, Rupert Spira en Eckhart Tolle. Naast zijn werk in Wajid is hij mede-organisator van van het jaarlijkse&nbsp; Rise\u2022UP zomerfestival, voorheen het OpenUP zomerfestival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Freddy Xensy &amp; Jarina Mahina van Natural Healings Amsterdam begeleiden de Inner Dreaming Sound Journey. Met hun weldadige klankbaden waren zij \u00e9\u00e9n van hoogtepunten op de Wajid Paas- en Herfst festivals van afgelopen jaar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sonja Mantje Lendinez en Jarina Mahina houden de ruimtes energetisch schoon en verwennen je ook nog eens met verkwikkende \u00e9n aardende ontbijten en lunches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je bent van harte welkom bij je Zelf!
