Drie dagen bewust ontladen, ontdekken en ontspannen. Het festival biedt je alles waar Wajid al bijna veertig voor staat: een omgeving om je mogelijkheden tot ontwikkeling te brengen, ongeacht je afkomst of overtuiging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zowel lichamelijk intensieve workshops om oude- of recente spanning los te laten, als workshops om de stilte in jezelf te ontdekken. Liefdevol in contact met jezelf en anderen. Je kunt steeds kiezen tussen een meer uitbundige of een meer ingetogen activiteit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Op <\/a>het programma o.a. authentic relating workshop, lachen-huilen workshop, stembevrijding workshop, opstellingen, sound journey (klankschalen en gongs), zingen (mantra\u2019s en devotioneel songs), ligconcert, adem en lachworkshop, dansen, actieve meditaties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Daarnaast kan je genieten van reiki, massage, lunch en bij overnachten ook ontbijt. Er zijn dagkaarten, weekendkaarten en op sommige onderdelen ook losse kaarten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
