Pilates fascia release workshop met foam rollers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fascia is het bindweefsel van het lichaam, waarin makkelijk spanning \/ stress wordt opgeslagen. In deze workshop ontdek je verschillende technieken voor het losmaken van fascia, om zowel deze spanningen los te laten als meer ruimte te maken voor wat er in ons leeft. Je verlaat deze workshop met minimaal \u00e9\u00e9n oefening die voor jou persoonlijk werkt. Een oefening die je mee naar huis kunt nemen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De workshop wordt gegeven door Reut Laks Reiter. Reut is gediplomeerd manueel therapeut, dans-, Pilates- en yogadocente met tien jaar ervaring in de wereld van wellness. Ze brengt mee zowel de prestatiegerichte kant als de therapeutische kant van werken met het lichaam. Ze is gepassioneerd voor het cre\u00ebren van veilige ruimtes voor inspirerende en betekenisvolle leerervaringen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De Workshop wordt begeleid met live muziek door Jarina Mahina en Freddy Xensy van Natural Healings Amsterdam. “We houden ervan om Healing Journeys te laten klinken”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the best gifts you can give yourself is the knowledge of releasing pain from your own body and self. The body stores tension and trauma. We can find ways to play with the building blocks of fascia release techniques, to both release these tensions and make more space for whatever lives inside us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will leave this workshop having at least one practice that works for your body. A practice you can easily and joyfully return to at home. We will practice surrendering to gravity and adopting a playful attitude, leaving your body relivend and informed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The workshop will be given by Reut Laks Reiter. Reut is a qualified manual therapist, dance, Pilates, and yoga teacher with ten years of experience in the world of wellness. She brings with her and meshes both the achievement-oriented side with the therapeutic side of working with the body. She is passionate about creating safe and brave spaces for inspirational and impactful learning experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
