Er zijn dan ook heel veel massagetechnieken overgeleverd uit oude culturen als het als tao, Kahuna, tantra, advaita, hamam en thai. Holisme is hierin vaak de leidraad. Holisme, van het Griekse holos, gaat over de samenhang, eenheid en heelheid der dingen. Uit die oude massages zijn weer nieuwe varianten ontwikkeld zoals holistic pulsing, haptonomie, acupressuur, hotstonemassage, stoelmassage, trager, etc. Hoewel de stromingen verschillen is het doel hetzelfde: terugkomen in je lichaam, je gevoel. Daar waar lichaam en geest weer samenkomen. Natural Healings heeft tao als hoofdlijn maar ook veel kennis van andere holistische stromingen. Naast fysieke en mentale klachten kunt u bij ons ook terecht voor pure, meditatieve ontspanning. De bloedcirculatie wordt op gang gebracht zodat afvalstoffen beter uit het lichaam worden afgevoerd, ook door ontspanning verbeterd de spierstofwisseling waardoor deze in een betere conditie komt. Overigens wordt ook het weerstandsvermogen van het lichaam beter tegen infecties. Massage versterkt in alle opzichten het fysieke en psychische weerstandvermogen!
